1. What is required to enroll in your driving school?

• Students must hold a valid learner's permit or an International licence. Please contact us to see if your out of province or International licence is accepted.

 

2. What types of courses do you offer?

• We offer beginner driving lessons, refresher courses and preparation for road and written exams. Custom courses are available upon request.

3. Do you provide both online instruction and behind the wheel instruction?

• Yes, our curriculum includes both online instruction and practical behind-the-wheel training.

 

4. Can I schedule lessons around my availability?

• Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs.

 

5. What should I bring to my first lesson?

• Please bring a valid learner’s permit, any required documents, and wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for driving.

 

6. How many lessons will I need to be ready for the driving test?

• The number of lessons varies per student. Our instructors will assess your skills and recommend a personalized lesson plan to prepare you for your test.

 

7. Do you provide vehicles for the lessons and the driving test?

• We provide well maintained, dual control vehicles for all lessons. For your road test, you will require your own vehicle

 

8. What is your cancellation policy?

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

 

9. Are your instructors certified?

• All our instructors are fully certified and undergo regular training to ensure the highest instructional standards.

10. Do you offer Edmonton trips?

• Yes, we do offer Edmonton trips. This lesson requires a 4 hour round trip and is typically scheduled for the last two lessons. Approval is at the instructor’s discretion, based on the level of driving competence already achieved. Edmonton trips are generally available as part of our premium or ultimate programs.

 

11. Before I register, how far out are you booking?

• We update our availability regularly on our website and social media. For the most accurate information, please text or call. I'm most likely available weekdays before 4pm.

 

12. Where can we meet? 

• By default, I will meet out of town students in the Smith Clinic parking lot ( look for the car with the sign on top) or anywhere else in Camrose upon request.
