Blades Driving School Student Contract

This Agreement is between Blades Driving School (“School”) and the undersigned student or legal guardian (“Student”).

• Services

The School provides professional driving instruction in accordance with provincial regulations. Lesson content and scheduling are subject to instructor availability and safety conditions.

• Eligibility

The Student confirms they hold a valid learner’s permit or licence and meet all legal requirements. Any medical or learning conditions affecting driving must be disclosed.

1. Scheduling & Cancellations Lessons are scheduled in advance

   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of a lesson will result in a $50 fee.

   - No-shows are treated as late cancellations.

   - Lessons may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or instructor availability.

2. Fees & Payments

   Lesson fees must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise. Lesson packages are non-refundable once instruction has begun.

3. Student Responsibilities

   The Student agrees to:

   - Arrive on time and prepared Follow all traffic laws and instructor directions

   - Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication

   - Treat instructors and vehicles with respect

4. Safety & Termination

   The School may end a lesson if the Student is unsafe, impaired, or behaves inappropriately. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. No Guarantee

   The School does not guarantee successful completion of any driving test or issuance of a driver’s licence.

6. Liability

   Driving involves inherent risks. The School is not responsible for traffic violations, personal property loss, or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or laws.

7. Privacy

   Personal information is used only for instructional and administrative purposes and disclosed only when required by law.

8. Governing Law

   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province in which instruction is provided.
