Blades Driving School
By using this website or booking lessons with Blades Driving School, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Lessons and Bookings

All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Lesson duration and pricing will be agreed at the time of booking.

Blades Driving School reserves the right to refuse lessons where it is reasonable to do so.
2. Payments

Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking (either before or on the day of the lesson).

Block bookings or prepaid lessons must be used within the agreed time period.
3. Cancellations and Missed Lessons

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or missed lessons, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Blades Driving School may cancel a lesson due to illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled and no fee will apply.
4. Punctuality

Students should be ready at the agreed pick-up time.

Late arrival by the student may result in reduced lesson time.

Instructors will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time but delays may occasionally occur due to traffic or prior lessons.
5. Student Responsibilities

Students must hold a valid driving licence and be legally entitled to drive.

Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, medications, or circumstances that may affect their ability to drive safely.

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
6. Vehicle Use and Safety

Blades Driving School vehicles are maintained to a high standard and insured for driving instruction.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

Lessons may be terminated if a student is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with no refund given.
7. Liability

Blades Driving School accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property during lessons.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
8. Website Use

9. Changes to These Terms
